• The assistant does not contain company proprietary data and is out of the box GPT from Microsoft Open AI. No special uses based on business needs but for individuals to get access to AI.

• All platforms - Form user’s time spent: Timestamp of Form’s user is now available on Form’s report. Forms will first record timestamp when a user starts filling in a form till click to submit form. User’s time to first fill in a form appears on ‘Start date’ column user’s time to submit a form on ‘Send date’ column. User’s total time spent appears as the additional columns on Form’s report called ‘Total time spent’ (shown as seconds).

• Workflow template access permission - A permission that allows specific workflow templates on the admin panel to be visible and accessible for users in specific directory groups.

*Remark: The UI to enable workflow permission will be available for clients on the admin panel in future version. The permission can now only be enabled by system configuration.
