The Feedback or Thumbs Up/Down feature is an interactive tool that allows users to rate the quality of an AI assistant's responses. This functionality is integral to improving the AI's performance and enhancing user satisfaction.

Purpose and Benefits

Collect Feedback: Helps understand user satisfaction.
Assess Quality: Identifies strengths and weaknesses of AI responses.
Monitor Performance: Allows continuous assessment of the AI’s performance.
Improve Satisfaction: Aligns AI responses with user expectations.

Permission to use AI

Permission to use Eko AI feature allows administrators to control access to Eko's AI capabilities within Amity. Admins can adjust settings to determine who can see and use the AI, ensuring data privacy and compliance with corporate policies. This feature helps tailor AI usage to suit specific purposes and enhances security by restricting access to authorized personnel only

This can be set up from the Admin Panel by 2 steps:

Part 2: Set up the permissions

Generative Dashboard

The "Generative Dashboard" feature helps the AI Assistant summarize your information more easily in the form of a Dashboard that compiles data in Text, Charts, and Table formats.

Additionally, you can also export those summarized data into various file formats
